1. WHO WE ARE

We are independent mobile app developers creating tools to help users enhance their photos. This App is provided as a free, ad-supported service with no payment options or in-app purchases. We do not operate data servers for storing user photos.

2. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

2.1. Your Photos (NOT Stored by Us)

When you use the App to enhance photos:

• You select photos from your device storage
• Photos are sent directly to third-party AI services for processing
• Enhanced photos are returned to the App, where you can choose to save them to your device or share them through social media
• WE DO NOT STORE your original or enhanced photos on any servers we control
• Photos pass through third-party AI services which have their own data retention policies

2.2. Advertising Data (Collected Automatically by Ad Networks)

IMPORTANT: The App displays advertisements (banners, interstitials, and rewarded videos) through third-party networks. These networks AUTOMATICALLY collect data when you use the App, regardless of whether you interact with ads. This data collection is NOT OPTIONAL if you use the App.

Data Automatically Collected by Ad Networks:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID/AAID) - A unique, resettable identifier for your Android device
• Device information: Manufacturer, model, operating system version, screen size/resolution
• IP address and approximate location (country/city level, derived from IP)
• App activity and usage patterns
• Network connection type (WiFi, 4G, 5G, etc.)
• Ad interaction data: impressions, clicks, video completions

2.3. Device and Technical Information (Collected by Us)

We may collect minimal technical information to maintain and improve the App:

• Device model, manufacturer, and Android OS version (for compatibility testing)
• App version and build number
• Crash reports and error logs (anonymous, no personal data)
• Basic usage statistics: Number of enhancements performed, features used
• Anonymous analytics data via Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics

3. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES (Photo Processing)

CRITICAL: When your photos are sent to third-party AI services, they are subject to the third-party provider's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, NOT ours. We act only as a technical bridge.

4. ADVERTISING NETWORKS

We use Google AdMob as our primary advertising platform. AdMob automatically collects data about your device and usage for ad targeting and measurement.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

5.1. Control Over Your Photos

• All photos remain on YOUR device (you have full control)
• You can delete photos from your device at any time
• We cannot delete photos from third-party AI services

5.2. Advertising Choices

You can limit personalized advertising (but NOT eliminate all ads):

• Android Settings > Google > Ads > "Reset advertising ID"
• Android Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• Visit adssettings.google.com

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not specifically designed for or targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
